The latest EA Studio – Phenomic, which is based in Germany, has recently announced an open beta test for its new game Battleforge. The studio Phenomic, which was taken over in 2006 by Electronic Arts, is not unknown. Phenomic worked on the successful series of the game “settlers”. At least at first and third part.
Phenomic is a company that brings innovation, so if you waiting for a game by Phenomic, you could be sure, it will not be a Warcraft or Starcraft clone.
To join the beta test, you need to download approximately 80 megabytes large client. After the successful installation, the player starts with the creation of its own army, obtained from approximately 200 cards, which could be combined. Incidentally, all participants of the beta test will get a card “fire dancers” which is otherwise rarely available.
The final version of the game should appear on March 26, at least for Windows PCs.
